The first day of school has come and gone. Ellie started Kindergarten last week and I also sent off my Addie to her first day of Preschool. I tried really hard not to over think things or be too sentimental, but sometimes a Mama stills sheds a few tears when her babies go and grow up on her. I mean, weren't we just doing this?
Ellie is wearing uniforms this year and I thought I would hate them. But, surprise! I love them. That adorable school girl has my heart for sure. She even wore little knee high socks the other day with her pleated skirt. The best part is that she can pick out her own clothes each morning and everything is guaranteed to match.

oh man. it flies. they are so beautiful! here's to a wonderful year and i gotta tell you i love the idea of a uniform. simplifies everything. :)
